Tracing foundational commercial roots back to 1942, National Plasto Products Pvt. Ltd. (NPPL) was incorporated on 29 October 1997 under the visionary leadership of Mr. Ratan Kumar Sharma. From an initial manufacturing plant in Kolkata, West Bengal, NPPL has expanded into a nationwide polymer manufacturing leader with 4 advanced manufacturing hubs across India. Operating high-tonnage microprocessor injection moulding machinery from 80T up to 1,200T across over 100,000 sq. ft. of production floor space, we design and produce over 1,000 active moulds and products. Our 4-tier brand architecture—NEXT, NATIONAL, SAPPHIRE, and CAPTAIN—delivers ergonomic, durable, and aesthetically superior moulded furniture to millions of Indian homes, institutions, and businesses.

High-Tonnage Injection Moulding
Our facilities house microprocessor-controlled injection moulding presses ranging from 80T to 1,200T. Backed by an in-house tooling room with EDM spark erosion and CNC cavity machining, we eliminate flash lines, ensure uniform wall thicknesses, and achieve flawless structural ribbing for superior load-bearing capacity.

With integrated plants situated in Howrah (West Bengal - HQ), Guwahati (Assam), Roorkee (Uttarakhand), and Hajipur (Bihar), our decentralized production footprint spans East, North-East, and North India. This strategic positioning slashes transit turnaround times to 24–48 hours for over 500 distributors across 24 states.

Every National Plasto chair is engineered with high-impact polymer formulation, UV weather stabilizers, and reinforced stress-point ribs tested to withstand up to 200 kg of static and dynamic loads.
